Tool that allows advisors to advise their students much more efficiently and reduce errors in advising. All the data on a student is pulled directly into this sheet instead of the advisor having to login to Banner (the University ERP) and retrieve the data from multiple screens and then write that data onto carbon paper. Creates a PDF of the advising sheet and allows the student to log into the system and retrieve their advising sheet from any semester.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with Advisors and determine their needs and project scope
- Work with ITS to request data from the ERP
- Code and design the application
- Maintain and support the application
